El objetivo es comprender y resumir el proceso llevado a cabo durante el año de estudio de la especialización, así como ver los resultados a los que se llegó con la investigación y desarrollo del proyecto. El proyecto comienza con el planteamiento de la propuesta urbana y arquitectónica con énfasis en bioclimática de un centro cultural en el sector cerro Canceles de la ciudad de Pereira, se propone diseñar y solucionar una serie de factores climáticos, sociales, urbanos y arquitectónicos que generen un posible cambio en esta zona de la ciudad a partir de un proyecto de carácter urbano, que acoja todo el cerro y el proyecto arquitectónico ubicado en el lote que según nuestros análisis nos parece el más adecuado para el desarrollo de un equipamiento de nivel barrial como es un centro cultural. Para el desarrollo de estas propuestas se inicia con un análisis de la situación climatológica de la ciudad y el sector a intervenir, a partir de estos datos se desarrolla la propuesta de urbanismo bioclimático basada en una serie de componentes urbanos que dan forma al diseño final de los recorridos, plazoletas y terrazas que componen el proyecto urbano. El desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico se hace en la parte baja y de ingreso al sector de canceles, el centro cultural se proyecta buscando la solución a las siguientes premisas bioclimáticas, ubicación y relación con el sol, ventilación natural, iluminación natural, acústica , ergonomía y accesibilidad a los espacios. Como resultado se logra el proyecto urbano y arquitectónico del centro cultural, un proyecto integral que funciona correctamente dando solución a los temas de bioclimática, función, estética y accesibilidad como posibilidad de desarrollo para la ciudad en el sector de Canceles. Abstract: This document is presented as part of the requirement to obtain the Specialist in Architecture and Bioclimatic Urbanism degree of the Catholic University of Pereira, cohort VI. Our objective is to summarize and to show the understanding of the content covered by the specialization, as well as the results reached within the research and development of the project. The project focus on an urban and architectural proposal with emphasis on bioclimatic of a cultural center in the Canceles hill sector in Pereira city. Proposed to design and solve a series of climatic, social, urban and architectural factors that can lead to a potential series of changes in this area of the city, based on the urban project located on the hill and a further study to determine the location of the architectural project lot, which seems to be the most appropriate for a development at the neighborhood level, as a cultural center. For the development of the proposal, a climatic analysis was performed on the sector to be intervened to obtain data for the development of a bioclimatic urban plan, based on a series of urban components that shape the final design of the routes, squares, and terraces that compose the urban project. The development of the architectural project is done in the lower part and access point of the Canceles sector, the cultural center is projected as a solution to bioclimatic premises such as location and relationship with the sun, natural ventilation, natural lighting, acoustics, ergonomics, and space accessibility. As a result, we contribute towards the development of the urban and architectural proposal of the cultural center, as an integral project which based on our analysis, provides a sufficient solution to bioclimatic issues, function, aesthetics, and accessibility as a possibility of development for the city in the Cenceles sector.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
