A estos los denominaremos agentes censores y se demostrará que desde el gobierno del expresidente de Colombia, Mariano Ospina Pérez (1946-1950), pasando por la dictadura del General Gustavo Rojas Pinilla (1953 y 1957) y hasta la fecha, la censura ha acompañado el proceso mediático adaptándose al paso de los años, al avance tecnológico, y finalmente al mundo digital. De ahí que el presente trabajo de grado CENSURA2 pretenda identificar las nuevas formas o modalidades de ejercer la censura digital mediante un estudio de casos de tres medios digitales independientes de Bogotá (Cerosetenta, Cartel Urbano y la Direkta) con el propósito de describir el rol de los agentes censores que participan en cada caso; igualmente se busca evidenciar la respuesta o reacción de cada medio al verse enfrentado a la censura digital y, por último, proponer rutas de procedimiento periodístico en contra de este fenómeno. Para ello se realizó una diferenciación entre los conceptos de libertad de información y de expresión respecto a la definición de censura que establece la Constitución Política de Colombia mediante la sentencia T-327-10 del 22 de mayo de 2007, por parte de la Corte Constitucional de Colombia. /Abstract: For 75 years, approximately, the phenomenon of censorship has been actively present in the Colombia’s national history and the press has been a recurrent target of many attacks and violations in an attempt of choking, manipulating and vetoing information that over the years has unconvinced or threatened different guilds or public and private institutions, even those outside the law. These organizations will be referred to as censorship agents and we will demonstrate that since the government of Colombian ex-president Mariano Ospina Perez (1946-1950), considering the dictatorship of General Rojas Pinilla (1953 and 1957) and to date, censorship has accompanied the mediatic process, adapting with the years to the technological development and, finally, to the digital world. This work CENSORSHIP 2 pretends to identify the new shapes and modalities to exert digital censorship through a case study of three independent media from Bogota (Cerosetenta, Cartel Urbano y la Direkta) with the purpose of describing the role of censorship agents that participate in each case. Equally, it seeks to show the answer or reaction of each media when encountered with digital censorship and, lastly, proposing routes of journalistic procedures against this phenomenon.
