El olvido y des apropiación del cerro lo a llevado a un estado de deterioro ambiental y este requiere de una restauración y conservación en las diferentes categorías que lo afectan e influyen directamente. La incógnita surgida es cómo generar estrategias, ideas o proyectos que tengan como objetivo principal la restauración y conservación del cerro Canceles independiente mente de cuál sea su campo de acción. Es en ese punto de la investigación donde se llega a la conclusión de que se deben generar estrategias de emprendimiento enfocadas directamente a lo explicado anteriormente; pero surgía una nueva incógnita, que espacios se necesitaban parar lograr cumplir esta necesidad? Es allí donde aparecen los centros de emprendimiento y desarrollo empresarial (CEDE) respaldados por la administración municipal los cuales constan de una edificación con espacios definidos para el emprendimiento y desarrollo de ideas. Por lo cual se llega a una primera aproximación como conclusión de que el cerro Canceles necesita un centro de emprendimiento y desarrollo empresarial enfocado directamente a su conservación y desarrollo ambiental, en donde se mantenga y potencie su riqueza para que siga aportando todo su exponencial ambiental a la ciudad de Pereira. Abstrac: The Canceles hill, located in the eastern part of the city of Pereira, is an environmental node unknown to the majority of the Population Pereirana but despite this it is indisputable its importance and environmental wealth that it brings to the city. The forgetfulness and misappropriation of the hill has led it to a state of environmental deterioration and this requires a restoration and conservation in the different categories that affect and directly influence it. The unknown arose is how to generate strategies, ideas or projects that have as their main objective the restoration and conservation of the Canceles hill regardless of what its field of action is. It is at this point in research that it is concluded that entrepreneurship strategies should be generated directly to what has been explained above; but a new unknown emerged, which spaces needed to be met by this need? It is there that the entrepreneurship and business development centres (CEDE) supported by the municipal administration appear which consist of a building with defined spaces for entrepreneurship and development of ideas. So a first approach is reached as a conclusion that the Canceles hill needs a business entrepreneurship and development center focused directly on its conservation and environmental development, where its wealth is maintained and enhanced so that it continues bringing all its exponential environment to the city of Pereira.Universidad Catòlica de Pereira.
