Pereira, 2018La viabilidad del plan exportador de ropa infantil de la empresa PUPPET S.A.S, pretende aprovechar los diferentes acuerdos y tratados que se tienen en Colombia con el fin de acercar la empresa al entorno comercial internacional. Para cumplir con este objetivo fue necesario hacer una evaluación objetiva acerca de las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas (DOFA), en cada una de las áreas de la organización y por otro lado, se hizo un análisis de la matriz exportadora y costos para saber cuál podría ser el mercado al que se quiere llegar. Con este trabajo se pretende realizar una matriz con diferentes variables la cual se utilizará para la investigación de mercados de los países: Estados Unidos, Canadá, México, Perú y Francia./Abstract: The viability of the export plan for children's clothing of the company PUPPET S.A.S, in order to achieve the different agreements that they have in Colombia in order to bring the company closer to the international business environment. To achieve this objective it was necessary to make an objective assessment of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and responses (SWOT), in each of the areas of the organization and, on the other hand, an analysis of the exporting matrix and costs to know that could be the market you want to reach.
