Particularmente en el sector de Cuba, está la mayor población con dicha condición que carece de espacios urbanos y arquitectónicos para su crecimiento personal e integración social. Por lo tanto, se pretende generar estrategias para la formulación de proyectos arquitectónicos que permitan el desarrollo integral de las personas con diversidad funcional de tipo intelectual de este sector. Lo anterior por medio de recopilación, sistematización y análisis de información primaria y secundaria que permita formular un diagnóstico de los aspectos estructurales que deben ser tenidos en cuenta para la elaboración de proyectos arquitectónicos incluyentes. Abstract: Currently in the city of Pereira there is a population with functional diversity of intellectual type that does not have the appropriate conditions for the autonomous development of its activities. Particularly in the sector of Cuba, there is the largest population with this condition that lacks urban and architectural spaces for personal growth and social integration. Therefore, it is intended to generate strategies for the formulation of architectural projects that allow the integral development of people with intellectual diversity of this sector.
