Este proyecto que se plantea de vivienda de emergencia tiene como propósito dar solución en el corto plazo y de forma temporal al problema de habitabilidad de una o más personas del sector Se incluye el diseño de 24 viviendas para dar respuesta de emergencia en caso de catástrofes naturales en el asentamiento informal ubicado en la churria, siendo esta una zona de riesgo alto no mitigable con problemáticas en la parte social, cultura, y de incendios forestales. Estas viviendas de emergencias es una vivienda plegable, con un tiempo de construcción de 12 horas y se plantea ser ubicadas en la cancha la platanera y el parque Olaya herrera.
