Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019Esta investigación evidencia el proceso realizado durante la optativa de planificación y proyectos estratégicos para una nueva ciudad , la cual se centra en analizar las problemáticas y potencialidades del territorio de Pereira , no solo basado en su situación actual sino en su proceso y desarrollo histórico , para posteriormente generar unos planteamientos que aprovechen y resuelvan estas características basados siempre en los conceptos de ciudad compacta y caminable , enfocados en crear entornos más humanos y sostenibles , pensando siempre en generar un modelo de ocupación territorial que oriente a Pereira hacia un desarrollo urbano más integral y próspero que integre sus distintas dinámicas y las estructure a través de su sistema ecológico principal , espacio público y equipamientos colectivos logrando así un desarrollo urbano-social más efectivo y perdurable.
