La investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de validación para la creación de una pizzería que ofrezca productos personalizados en la ciudad de Pereira, ya que en la situación actual del mercado gastronómico se identificaron oportunidades de mercado mediante una metodología mixta que incluye una investigación exploratoria y descriptiva para identificar las necesidades y gustos del mercado objetivo y desde un análisis FODA para evaluar las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas del negocio propuesto. En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos se evidencia que existe un importante nivel de aceptación en el mercado para una pizzería que ofrezca productos personalizados en esta ciudad; a su vez se analizaron las condiciones necesarias para crear el negocio, evaluadas desde todos los elementos técnicos y administrativos necesarios, los cuales se ajustaron mediante el producto mínimo viable, con una inversión inicial de $25.835.367; además, se presentan recomendaciones para implementar estrategias efectivas de marketing y fidelización de clientes para atender las necesidades del mercado objetivo estudiado. This entrepreneurial initiative was made with the aim of creating an innovative business that offers personalized products. The research aims to carry out a validation study for the creation of a pizzeria that offers personalized products in the city of Pereira, since in the current situation of the gastronomic market opportunities were identified through a mixed methodology that includes an exploratory and descriptive research to identify the needs and tastes of the target market and from a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, Opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the proposed business.
