| Summary: | This research advanced towards the formulation of alternatives for neighborhood improvement and the possible legalization of informal settlement Puerto Rico, located in the city of Armenia, Colombia. The participative study between academy and community, carried out by means of a physical-spatial, social, normative and urban management analysis, made it possible to concretize urban-architectural proposals in response to their main needs. With the approach to the community, diagnoses were made and architectural proposals were formulated that would help improve social, physical-space and safety conditions. The process ended with the moment of socialization of these proposals and the direction of their future materialization. |
