| Summary: | This article presents results of research conducted withteachers in three educational institutions of the third sectorin the municipality of Dosquebradas (Risaralda). Theseteachers refl ected permanently around the visibility of theconstruction of the sense of self, in order to exalt his owncapacity and transforming their environment. The researchtakes the senses emerging from the discourses of teachers,which allow daily value and recognize the representationsthat motivate, give meaning, direction and purpose to theirwork, personal and spiritual actions.The research is a qualitative approach, the study design isbased on the Action Research Participation and focusesthe need to look back to teachers to enhance his work andespecially his personhood, for which some techniques areused as workshops and autobiographies |
