Este tiene como objetivo plantear un mejoramiento integral de vivienda con una tipología sustentable, proponiendo una relocalización de viviendas informales ubicadas en una zona de protección ambiental, en el borde del rio manzanares, creando espacios de usos mixtos para suplir las necesidades de la comuna. Se propuso una tipología de vivienda Bifamiliar palafítica debido al nivel freático de la zona, y la condición climática de la ciudad, generando entre las viviendas un recinto urbano en donde se permita la comunicación y la relación entre las personas que la habitan, y a su vez espacios de crecimiento progresivo junto con soluciones y materiales sostenibles. Abstract : The main purpose is to develop a project of architecture (housing) in a real context that fills the needs that the region and the community have in order to give adequate fulfillment to the parameters of design, territorial determinants, technical and sustainability, the project was carried out in the city of Santa Marta - Colombia, in the commune 6 Mamatoco. The objective is to propose a comprehensive improvement of housing with a sustainable typology, proposing a relocation of informal housing located in an environmental protection zone, on the edge of the Manzanares river, creating mixed-use spaces to meet the needs of the commune. A typology of Bifamiliar palafítica housing was proposed due to the water table of the area, and the climatic condition of the city, generating between the houses an urban enclosure where communication is allowed and the relationship between the people who inhabit it, and in turn spaces of progressive growth along with sustainable solutions and materials.Universidad de Católica de Pereira.
