| Summary: | The main objective of the project in which this paper is based, is to present acomprehensive global framework of several housing solutions for flood in specificlocations, and based on this research evaluate the process of flooding in Colombiaand possible solutions and mitigation of impacts. The deepening in forms of survivalthat had ancient cultures that lived for hundreds of years with floods and havebecome opportunities to develop, for example, the drainage system used on the Nileriver in Egypt, inspired by the ancient network channels, the technology used by theriverside communities in the Amazon and in floodplain areas in Bangladesh, cangenerate a range of possibilities for flooded areas in Colombia. |
