Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019Esta investigación evidencia las conclusiones del estudio realizado en la ciudad de Pereira durante la optativa de planificación y proyectos estratégicos para una nueva ciudad, que se centra en la relación entre los distintos factores que influyen y conforman el territorio, pensando así en el mejoramiento de este a través de intervenciones y procesos importantes que sean semejantes o estén relacionados a lo que pasa en un contexto actual, sin dejar de un lado todo su proceso histórico, permitiendo de este modo consolidar en el territorio una espacialidad acorde no solo a las necesidades de la población, sino también, a ser concebido como desarrollo integral de la ciudad de Pereira. Abstrac: This report evidences the conclusions of the study carried out in the city of Pereira during the optional planning and strategic projects for a new city, which focuses on the relationship between the different factors that influence and shape the territory, thus thinking about the improvement of this through interventions and important processes that are similar or related to what is happening in a current context, without leaving aside all of its historical process, thus allowing the consolidation of spatiality in the territory, in accordance not only with the needs of the population, but also, to be conceived as integral development of z the city of PereiraUniversidad Católica de Pereira.
