Teniendo como base a una empresa operadoras del Sistema Integrado de Transporte Masivo como lo es la empresa Integra S.A. Además, se analizaron otras publicaciones ejecutados por diferentes autores y empresas que actualmente trabajan en sector. Se desarrolló un modelo en el cual la Cooperativa San Fernando pudiera operar su flota propia dando los mejores resultado en diseño de planilla de despacho, especificación de las frecuencias, asignar la flota a cada ruta, determinar los horarios y la asignación de personal. Con esto, se pretende maximizar la calidad del servicio, en cuanto a minimizar tiempos de viaje y de espera de los usuarios y a su vez, eliminar tiempos muertos en medio de las vueltas generando tiempos disponibles para el área de mantenimiento. /Abstract: This work is the result of a study conducted at different operating models. Taking as a base to an operating company of Integrated Mass Transit System, such as Integra SA. In addition, other publications were analyzed executed by different authors and companies currently working in industry. It developed a model in which the Cooperativa San Fernando could operate its own fleet giving the best result in release template design, specification of the frequencies allocated to each route fleet, determine schedules and personnel assignments. With this, it aims to maximize the quality of service, as to minimize travel time and waiting for the users and in turn, eliminate downtime through the turns generating time available for the maintenance area.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
