La importancia de este documento radica en el beneficio que se tendrá en el recurso natural, a través de una propuesta arquitectónica que potencializará toda la biodiversidad, buscando generar un nuevo entendimiento a la interpretación ambiental, para que sirve y como se puede desarrollar una edificación amigable con el medio. Abstract: In this document you will find information about the current problem in Cerro Canceles, a small green lung in the center of the urban territory, located in the City of Pereira, listed as a land of Cultural and Landscape importance, which is part of the environmental wealth of the coffee axis, which contributes to 7% of the country's biodiversity, comprised of the departments of Caldas, Quindío, part of the Cauca Valley and specifically Risaralda, which contributes 25% of national mammal species and enters the top 3 of the departments with the highest bird watching.
