Facultad de Ciencias e Ingeniería, Pereira, 2021.La importancia de documentar e implementar requisitos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo cada día se vuelve más relevante para las empresas pequeñas, medianas y grandes, permitiendo priorizar un entorno laboral seguro, actuando con compromiso con el fin de establecer normas y realizar constante seguimiento, cabe mencionar que es un trabajo en equipo tanto de la empresa como de los colaboradores para facilitar una adecuación correcta. El objetivo de documentar SG-SST en el Fondo de Empleados de Coodesuris-Fecoodesuris permitió identificar posibles ocurrencias de accidentes e incidentes laborales, multas ocasionadas al fondo de empleados por el incumplimiento de acuerdo a las resolución 0312 de 2019 y al decreto 1072 de 2015, comprender las obligación que tiene el empleador hacia sus colaboradores, ofrecer a sus colaboradores la capacitación pertinente hacia la prevención de posibles enfermedades laborales, adicionalmente garantizar la eficiencia del fondo de empleados y una mejora continua en los procesos operacionales prestados por el fondo. /Abstract: The importance of documenting and implementing occupational health and safety requirements every day becomes more relevant to small, medium and large enterprises, allowing a safe working environment to be prioritized, acting with commitment to establish standards and keep on track, it should be mentioned that it is a team work of both the company and the collaborators to facilitate a correct fit. The objective of documenting SG-SST in the Employee Fund Coodesuris – Fecoodesuris, allowed to identify possible occurrences of accidents and work incidents, fines caused to the employee fund for non-compliance in accordance with resolutions 0312 of 2019 and Decree 1072 of 2015, to understand the employer´s obligations to its employees, to offer its employees relevant training toward the prevention of possible occupational diseases, in addition ensure the efficiency of the employee fund and continuous improvement in the operational processes provided by the fund.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
