Esto logro identificar una de las más grandes problemáticas de estas urbanizaciones que son las islas de calor y siendo el punto de inflexión para la creación del complejo habitacional que permita una relación bioclimática entre la persona y el espacio a habitar. Abstract One of the biggest current problems is the lack of awareness in the environmental field for current urbanism being more the interest to create fast housing without taking into account the context when previously closed was one of the strongest environmental points due to its connection with this field. This managed to identify one of the biggest problems of these urbanizations that are the heat islands and being the turning point for the creation of the housing complex that allows a bioclimatic relationship between the person and the space to be habited.
