Teniendo en cuenta los lineamientos y políticas establecidos en el reglamento RITEL se llevó a cabo la ejecución del diseño de la infraestructura para las redes de telecomunicaciones y TDT en el edificio TITANIUM que se construirá en la carrera séptima con calle 31 en la ciudad de Pereira el cual tiene un total de 17 apartamentos y 6 locales comerciales distribuidos en 5 pisos. Por parte de la infraestructura soporte se diseñaron las recámaras, salones de equipos de telecomunicaciones, gabinetes de piso y toda la tubería por donde se tenderá la red física, todo lo anterior bajo los parámetros técnicos que se especifican en la norma que son de obligatorio cumplimiento, adicionalmente para el uso adecuado de la televisión digital terrestre se diseñaron las redes de captación, distribución, dispersión e interna de usuario, incluyendo el esquema unifilar con los elementos reales a utilizar, como también la respectiva tabla de potencias donde se garantice la intensidad de la señal entre las frecuencias definidas para la TDT. El desarrollo de este diseño tiene suma importancia a nivel académico pues se detalla la forma de aplicación del reglamento RITEL que es un tema de reciente implementación en el área profesional de ingeniería de telecomunicaciones, adicionalmente sirve como ejemplo a seguir por parte de las constructoras para entender a groso modo el objetivo y la forma de ejecución del reglamento para redes internas de telecomunicaciones, el cual tienen que aplicar en todos sus proyectos lanzados a partir del 1 de julio del año 2019. Abstract: The current project contains the development of the design of an internal telecommunications network applying the regulation for internal telecommunications networks (RITEL) issued by the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) in Colombia, which aims to establish the minimum conditions for the design and construction of the infrastructure to support the internal telecommunications network and the network for access to the digital terrestrial television service (TDT) in buildings whose use is housing and that respond to the horizontal property regime. Taking into account the guidelines and policies established in the RITEL regulation, the infrastructure design for the telecommunications and TDT networks was carried out in the TITANIUM building that will be built in the seventh race with 31st street in the city of Pereira on which has a total of 17 apartments and 6 commercial premises distributed in 5 floors. On the part of the support infrastructure, the bedrooms, telecommunications equipment rooms, floor cabinets and all the pipes through which the physical network will be laid were designed, all of the above under the technical parameters specified in the standard that are mandatory. In addition, for the proper use of digital terrestrial television, the user capture, distribution, dispersion and internal networks were designed, including the one-line scheme with the real elements to be used, as well as the respective power table where it's guaranteed the intensity of the signal between the frequencies defined for TDT. The development of this design is extremely important at the academic level as it details the application form of the RITEL regulation, which is a subject of recent implementation in the professional area of telecommunications engineering, additionally it serves as an example to be followed by construction companies to understand roughly the objective and the form of execution of the regulation for internal telecommunications networks, which they have to apply in all their projects launched as of July 1, 2019.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
