La propuesta de intervención se articula con instrumentos de planificación con el fin de cambiar las condiciones de riesgo y propiciar la construcción de una la relación armónica vivienda-entorno natural y vivienda-entorno físico construido, conservando y potencializando elementos propios del territorio que se interviene y la valoración del paisaje mediante operaciones urbanas sencillas. Abstract: From a general approach, on the panorama of informal occupation in Pereira city, associated to risk factors due to environmental phenomena such as mass removal and flooding. An urban regularization process is developed in this document, where, throughout the physical recognition of the place, answers to the problem of land tenure, homes at risk not mitigable and programs for the integral improvement of the Rocio alto neighborhood are incorporated. The intervention proposal is articulated with planning instruments in order to change the risk conditions and promote the construction of a harmonious relationship between housing-natural environment and housing-physical environment built, conserving and potentiating elements of the territory involved and the landscape valuation through simple urban operations.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
