Por tanto, esta investigación está basada en la ejecución de un producto tipo snack que se pueda adquirir fácilmente en el mercado y que cumpla con las condiciones requeridas, pues se estima que existe oportunidad en el mercado para la comercialización de un producto saludable a base de leche de almendras en una presentación de paleta y helado que pueda cumplir con los estándares mínimos para una dieta balanceada.It is identified that with the passage of time the food industry has evolved steadily, since a significant change in the consumption behavior of some foods of people is analyzed, since most of the population worldwide has chosen to improve their quality of life due to the concern presented by their nutrition and habits, in view of the fact that having a balanced diet allows our body to stay healthy and is in good working order.
