Dada la intencionalidad investigativa, corresponde a una investigación de tipo cualitativo con un diseño de estudio de caso, lo que permitió profundizar en cada una de las categorías de análisis, como la esfera del amor, la esfera del derecho y la esfera de la solidaridad, las cuales dan cuenta del reconocimiento. La información obtenida, fue analizada por medio de una matriz de doble entrada, que permitió cruzar la información que dieron las docentes con las categorías abordadas. El análisis de la información, posibilitó comprender que las dinámicas de reconocimiento se construyen y consolidan desde la familia, donde se reconocen los procesos de socialización, que influyen en la construcción de la autoestima como base fundamental de la esfera del amor; el criterio moral, como base de la esfera del derecho y la apreciación, que hacen los otros de las cualidades que tiene la persona, como base de la esfera de la solidaridad. Aspectos que llevan a reflexionar sobre la importancia de la familia en la construcción y/o fortalecimiento del reconocimiento del ser y quehacer docente. /Abstract: The objective of this work is to understand the dynamics of recognition of three teachers of the Educational Institution Escuela Mercantil of the municipality of Tulua- Valle del Cauca; carried out in the first period of the year 2022. Given the research intentionality, it corresponds to a qualitative type of research with a case study design, which allowed to deepen in each of the categories of analysis, such as the sphere of love, the sphere of law and the sphere of solidarity, which account for the recognition. The information obtained was analyzed by means of a double-entry matrix, which made it possible to cross-check the information provided by the teachers with the categories addressed. The analysis of the information made it possible to understand that the dynamics of recognition are built and consolidated from the family, where the processes of socialization are recognized, which influence the construction of self-esteem as the fundamental basis of the sphere of love; the moral criterion, as the basis of the sphere of law and the appreciation that others make of the qualities that the person has, as the basis of the sphere of solidarity.
