Después se plantean algunos interrogantes que puedan favorecer la discusión y el análisis con relación al uso de los términos y el consumo de sustancias. La metodología de nuestro trabajo se basó en el análisis textual e intertextual de fuentes bibliográficas que permitieron llegar a algunas conclusiones en torno a los interrogantes que el consumo plantea en cuanto a la subjetividad, por no ser necesariamente problemático en todos los casos, y porque no toda adicción implica una sustancia. Abstract: The aim of this article is to describe and analyse the uses of the terms "drug addictions" and "addictions", in the clinical context and from a psychoanalytical perspective, and to inquire how and why these terms were currently replaced by "problem to consume", and to raise some questions that favour discussion and analysis regarding the use of these and the consumption of substances. The methodology of our work is based on the textual and intertextual analysis of bibliographical sources, which allowed us to reach some conclusions about the questions that consumption raises as to subjectivity, because it is not necessarily problematic in all cases, and because not every addiction involves a toxic substance.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
