Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019Pereira, una ciudad con una corta historia, pero de un desarrollo acelerado, este desarrollo ha sido en gran parte el causante de las problemáticas de la ciudad, esto a raíz de unas malas intervenciones las cuales han logrado fragmentar el territorio, ocasionando problemàticas de movilidad y con ello deficiencia en la accesibilidad a los servicios que proporciona la ciudad. Para ello se propone generar un Modelo de Ocupaciòn Territorial (MOT) el cual, de solución a la fragmentación de la ciudad de Pereira, teniendo como parámetros el concepto de ciudad compacta, al mismo tiempo haciendo uso de los recursos naturales existentes en el territorio para generar una integración entre los habitantes y el mismo territorio. Este Modelo de Ocupaciòn Territorial se desarrolla por medio de sistemas los cuales generan Proyectos estratégicos con el fin de crear un solo sistema que integre el MOT. El fin del documento es proponer una solución de ciudad sustentable, basada en conceptos de movilidad alternativa que potencialice los recursos naturales como gestores de movilidad y accesibilidad. ABSTRACT: Pereira, a city with a short history, but of an accelerated development, this development has largely been the cause of the problems of the city, this as a result of some bad interventions which have managed to fragment the territory, causing problems of mobility and with this deficiency in the accessibility to the services provided by the city. For this, it is proposed to generate a Model of Territorial Occupation (MOT) which, as a solution to the fragmentation of the city of Pereira, having as parameters the concept of a compact city, at the same time making use of the natural resources existing in the territory to generate an integration between the inhabitants and the same territory. This Model of Territorial Occupation is developed by means of systems which generate Strategic Projects in order to create a single system that integrates the MOT.
