El objetivo principal es formular un lineamiento estratégico, que es la Integración étnica y cultural a partir del mejoramiento de las condiciones de habitabilidad y del fortalecimiento de las relaciones sociales en el espacio público en el barrio las Brisas de la comuna Villa Santana en la ciudad de Pereira. Con base a lo anterior se crea esa necesidad de implementar espacios que contribuya a mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes y distintas etnias en el barrio las Brisas. ABSTRACT: The problems that are evident in the Las Brisas neighborhood stem from several factors, such as the main one, which is migration, the deterioration of the environment, low economic resources, high rental costs, the absence of the state in as many opportunities to provide them with quality of life, the little importance that has been given to territorial planning plans in general to delimit both non-inhabitable protection zones, urban centers, rural areas and necessary limits for a good management of housing constructions to prevent urban illegality as it happens in these invasions. The main objective is to formulate a strategic guideline, which is the ethnic and cultural integration based on the improvement of habitability conditions and the strengthening of social relations in the public space in the Las Brisas neighborhood of the Villa Santana commune in the city of Pereira.
