En Colombia se encuentra una zona que posee, una riqueza geomorfológica por sus paisajes junto con actividades relacionadas con la agricultura y el turismo. Este es uno de los municipios que hacen parte del Paisaje Cultural Cafetero, declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 2011 departamento del valle del Cauca. Dentro de este se encuentra un municipio Ulloa con sus veredas colindantes, que responde a ejes de conexión territorial a nivel urbano y regional. En las veredas del municipio de Ulloa encontramos falencias en la parte educativa ya que en la zona rural solo cuentan con capacidad educativa de básica primaria, por consiguiente se realiza un análisis regional que aborda unas problemáticas en territorios específicos, por lo tanto, se soluciona con la implantación de equipamientos estratégicos rurales. El proyecto se desarrolla en la vereda el brillante creando una relación entre el hombre y la naturaleza, por su entorno obtiene una majestuosidad de visuales entre las montañas y un gran influente hídrico que potencializa el contexto natural. Debido a esto el centro educativo contiene una riqueza espacial por la configuración formal del proyecto en donde el interior y el exterior se comunican y fluyen con el paisaje, por ende su volumetría se desarrolla desde un centro hacia el exterior, conformando por volúmenes aislados conectándose mediante patios centrales junto con pérgolas de circulación y pilares inclinados que permiten generar una gran accesibilidad en el acceso principal articulado de un espacio público circundante. El edificio muestra una estética austera y artesanal, que conserva las técnicas tradicionales de construcción con el concepto de mitificación con el paisaje lo cual cuenta con grandes espacios abiertos y cerca al casco urbano para dar una accesibilidad a todo el público. Abstract: The present monograph seeks to analyze from the landscape the behavior of the rural areas of the north of the valley, specifically in the neighboring villages of the municipality of Ulloa. In Colombia there is an area that has a geomorphological richness for its landscapes along with activities related to agriculture and tourism. This is one of the municipalities that are part of the Coffee Cultural Landscape, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011 department of Valle del Cauca. Within this is a municipality Ulloa with its adjoining sidewalks, which responds to territorial connection axes at urban and regional level. In the villages of the municipality of Ulloa there are shortcomings in the educational area since in the rural area they only have the primary basic educational capacity, therefore a regional analysis is carried out that deals with problems in specific territories, therefore, it is solved with the implantation of rural strategic equipments. The project is developed in the path the bright creating a relationship between man and nature, for its environment obtains a majesty of visuals between the mountains and a great water influent that potentiates the natural context. Due to this, the educational center contains a spatial richness due to the formal configuration of the project where the interior and exterior communicate and flow with the landscape, therefore its volumetry develops from a center towards the outside, conforming by isolated volumes connecting through central patios along with circulation pergolas and inclined pillars that allow to generate a great accessibility in the articulated main access of a surrounding public space. The building shows an austere and artisan aesthetic, which preserves the traditional techniques of construction with the concept of mythification with the landscape which has large open spaces and close to the urban area to give accessibility to the public.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
