The main aim of this investigation project is to identify the pedagogical transactions meanings that are happening between adults and children, which are observed in the families’ school at Augusto Zuluaga Patiño institution, through the use of technology tools (computers). To meet this aim, the purpose at first was to identify the characteristics of the second graders and their families, who have the use of computer as an instrument of family mediation, and then the design and application of workshops where the pedagogical transactions meanings with the use of computers are relevant, and finally, to identify the negotiations that come up in the relation between adults and children. The research model used was qualitative, having as inputs surveys, photographic recording and analysis of information collected through field diary.Recientemente se observa cómo los padres de familia y los adultos manifiestan preocupación por el tiempo dedicado al manejo del computador y a su vez la gran relevancia que este representa para el infante. El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como fin identificar las transacciones de significados pedagógicos que se dan entre el adulto significativo y el infante, evidenciadas en la Escuela de Familias de la Institución Educativa Augusto Zuluaga Patiñoa partir del uso de una herramienta tecnológica (el computador). Para cumplir con el objetivo se pretendió inicialmente caracterizar los estudiantes y con ellos las familias de grado segundo de primaria que tienen el uso del computador como instrumento de mediación intrafamiliar, seguido del diseño y aplicación de tres talleres en los que predominen las transacciones de significados a partir de la utilización del equipo de cómputo y, finalmente, identificarlas transacciones de significados pedagógicos que emergen en la relación adulto e infante.
