Están teniendo nuevos hábitos en donde tienen la necesidad de percibir nuevos sabores, sentir nuevas sensaciones y vivir nuevas experiencias gastronómicas. Hay insatisfacción de parte de ellos al querer conocer gastronomía diferente a la ofertada, además la ciudad de Pereira no cuenta con muchos restaurantes mexicanos gourmet que no varían mucho en sus productos y en la manera en que promocionan el servicio. Se pretende dar solución a estas necesidades insatisfechas con la apertura del Restaurante La Chingadera, mediante la formulación de un plan de negocios se pretende determinar la viabilidad del restaurante de gastronomía mexicana en la ciudad de Pereira por medio de la realización de una investigación de mercados que determine la viabilidad para la creación del negocio. También la elaboración de un plan organizacional donde este definido la estrategia de la compañía, los costos y gastos administrativos y los aspectos legales para cumplir con la normatividad legal vigente del restaurante. Asimismo detallar la estructura técnica del restaurante, necesidades y requerimientos para operar, infraestructura, costos y gastos. Y por último, se realizaráun modelaje financiero para determinar la viabilidad del negocio.Currently, young people in Pereira are more interested in having new experiences. They have new habits, seeking to perceive new flavors, feel new sensations and live new gastronomic experiences. There is dissatisfaction in them, since they want to know different gastronomy than the one offered, in addition Pereira does not have a great variety of gourmet Mexican restaurants, their products are similar and in the way, they promote the service is deficient. It seeks to provide a solution to unmet needs with the opening of La Chingadera Restaurant, through the formulation of a new business plan, seeks to prove the viability of Mexican cuisine restaurant in Pereira through market research to determine the possibility for the creation of the restaurant, also the elaboration of organizational plan including the strategy of the company, the costs, administrative expenses and legal aspects to comply with the current legal regulations of the restaurant, in addition with details of the technical structure, requirements to operate, infrastructure, costs and expenses.
