Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2020.En esta investigación se establecerá como en la ciudad de Pereira se ha venido desapareciendo paulatinamente la difusión de artes y oficios haciendo énfasis en actividades culturales en áreas de hebras textiles, trabajo de cuero y madera, teniendo como sitio de estudio un sector dentro de la comuna universidad, colindando con el cerro canceles siendo el cerro un espacio protegido para la ciudad además de ser el punto intermedio para la congregación de diferentes zonas de la ciudad. Además, se hablará sobre algunas problemáticas sociales, culturales y económicas de la ciudad de Pereira que permitirá posteriormente tener un sustento para el diseño de una propuesta arquitectónica que buscará la solución o mitigación a estas problemáticas, siendo un espacio arquitectónico que responda a diferentes variables sociales. Continuando con lo anterior la propuesta arquitectónica está dirigida a aquellas personas de la ciudad que tienen interés por las artes y oficios y que buscan además de un fortalecimiento académico, de capacidades y la posibilidad de crear un método para su sustento económico propio, además la posibilidad de promover a la generación de empleos y el fortalecimiento de la economía de la ciudad. Por consiguiente, el proyecto evidenciara la inclusión de diferentes disciplinas tradicionales y las nuevas formas de expresión y técnicas contemporáneas, como estrategia para fortalecer y potenciar tanto la economía y la formación cultural para la ciudad, componentes esenciales para la convivencia social y el desarrollo humano. Abstract: This research will establish how in the city of Pereira the dissemination of arts and crafts has gradually disappeared, emphasizing cultural activities in textile areas, leather and wood work, with a sector within the commune as a study site university, bordering with the hill cancels being the hill a protected space for the city as well as being the intermediate point for the congregation of different areas of the city.
