Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2010Este trabajo se realizo con la intensión de solucionar ciertas áreas de la compañía Surtiplás que se encontraban inactivas, motivando hacer estructuraciones en cada una de ellas, pero el área fundamental que se estableció fue la comercial ya que es un medio fundamental y allí se ven reflejados los resultados , utilidades y ingresos por que es esa parte importante las ventas, haciendo participe a la fuerza de ventas (vendedores) de las grandes alternativas que existen para que sus resultados sean cada vez mejores y efectivos, cumpliendo así metas establecidas, mejorando su metodología de trabajo. /Abstract: This work was carried out with the intention of solving certain areas of the company Surtiplás that were dormant, structured to motivate each of them, but the area was essential that the business was established as a fundamental means and there are reflected performance, profits and income that is that important part of sales, by involving the sales force (sales) of the major alternatives that exist for their results are getting better and effective, thus meeting targets, improving its methodology work.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
