Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2010La comunicación se maneja como un medio de gran importancia para el funcionamiento de la organización. Sin embargo en la realidad empresarial se le ha concedido una atención muchas veces insuficiente y se ha entendido de modo distinto el concepto de comunicación. Este medio debe tener como objetivo básico, cubrir las necesidades de comunicación de los distintos actores de la organización y de su entorno más inmediato. La Comunicación Organizacional, se divide en dos: la Comunicación Interna y la Comunicación Externa, la primera trabaja en la concepto y el desarrollo de la cultura corporativa, es decir las ideas y conceptos cualitativos que definen a la organización; la segunda por su lado es la trasmisión y recepción de datos, pautas, imágenes, referidas a la organización y a su contexto. Es por ello, que la intervención de este trabajo pretende realizar un plan de comunicación, teniendo en cuenta la comunicación organizacional y las ramas que la conforma: la comunicación interna y externa; todo con el fin crear estrategias que lleven al fortalecimiento de la información dentro y fuera de la Cámara de Comercio de Pereira./Abstract:Communication is used as a medium of great importance for the functioning of the organization. Also, the business reality hasn´t been given sufficient attention and often has been understood a different concept of the communication. This media should have for basic target, to cover the communication needs of various authorities in the organization, and they immediate workgroups. Organizational Communication, is divided into two lines: Internal Communication and External Communications, the first works on the concept and development of corporate culture, it means ideas and concepts that define the organization, the second by her side is the transmission and reception of data, patterns, images, referring to the organization and its context.
