This paper presents the conceptual guidelines of the proposed pedagogical and curricular transformation in training managers through collaborative work systems, from learning communities that have been structured in the design of curriculums based on problem solving and on an educational offer which seeks the development of self-learning and self-formation skills.La necesidad de transformar los procesos educativos para la formación de administradores, obedece a los cambios que se presentan en las organizaciones, tanto en el escenario regional como en el contexto mundial. Se requiere una valoración interdisciplinaria y un cambio en las formas de enseñanza-aprendizaje, en la orientación de la didáctica y los procesos curriculares del programa.
