Description
Summary:The need to transform the educational process for training administrators, are due to the changes that occur in organizations, both in the regional and global context. It requires an interdisciplinary assessment and a change in the forms of teaching-learning, the orientation of didactics and the curriculum processes of the program. This paper presents the conceptual guidelines of the proposed pedagogical and curricular transformation in training managers through collaborative work systems, from learning communities that have been structured in the design of curriculums based on problem solving and on an educational offer which seeks the development of self-learning and self-formation skills.
