Facultad de Ciencias Humanas,Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2014Este artículo hace parte del proyecto de investigación denominado “Análisis bioético sobre la eutanasia en Colombia” y que centra su atención en describir cómo se ha tratado el tema de la eutanasia en nuestro país desde el marco jurídico. Para su desarrollo se tomó como principal herramienta la sentencia C-239 de 1997 de la Corte Constitucional sobre lo que ellos denominan “el derecho a morir dignamente”; además, se consultaron varios artículos sobre la eutanasia y las ciencias jurídicas, como el Código Penal vigente y la Constitución Política de Colombia de 1991, también para su desarrollo se dialogó con personas especializadas en el tema para determinar el impacto que este ha tenido en la sociedad colombiana.This article is part of a research project called "bioethical analysis on euthanasia in Colombia" and focuses on describing how they have addressed the issue of euthanasia in Colombia from the legal system.
