Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2014Se planteó una propuesta de renovación urbana del Malecón de Quibdó, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones climatológicas del lugar (sol, viento y lluvia); esto con el objetivo de darle solución a la problemática que vive el sector en la actualidad. Basándose en investigaciones del clima, territorio, vías, población, flora y fauna, paisaje, tierra, agua; con herramientas que nos permitieron dar respuesta a esta. Dentro de esta propuesta se plantean espacios para el sano esparcimiento y actividades complementarias (comercial, servicios). Es un proyecto que intenta vincular el rio Atrato con la ciudad, por medio de un (Muelle) donde las embarcaciones de las poblaciones del Atrato (medio y bajo) puedan recalar y ofrecer sus productos (pan coger) y a su vez abastecerse. Otro propósito del muelle es el de utilizarlo con lugar de encuentro bien sea en las horas del día o la noche. También se plantea vincular el rio dentro del proyecto por medio de unas exclusas, en donde se busca que las personas puedan interactuar directamente con él. Otro de los espacios propuestos es la zona de juegos de niños, en la cual ellos puedan relacionarse con el medio ambiente. Se plantea un espacio bien arborizado, armónico generando sombras las cuales permitan el ejercicio de lectura al parque. Se propone otro espacio (Teatrino), en donde se puedan desarrollar actividades culturas y de recreación. Es un proyecto que de acuerdo a las características morfológicas del terreno tiene diferentes niveles, lo cual nos permitió el aprovechamiento de este para proponer espacios complementarios al proyecto como son: (batería sanitaria y locales comerciales), dando así una solución a la problemática existente de vendedores ambulantes. También se plantea un sistema de captación de aguas lluvias con la finalidad que se pueda utilizar dentro del proyecto. Para el manejo de las basuras se plantea un sistema de colectores, donde los usuarios puedan llegar y depositar los residuos con facilidad. Para el manejo de las aguas residuales se plantea un sistema de pozo séptico, debido a que no es posible la conexión al sistema de alcantarillado de la ciudad, ya que este se encuentra en un nivel más alto que el de las unidades sanitarias propuestas. Todos estos espacios se plantean con el objetivo de darle respuesta a las necesidades de los habitantes desde el punto de vista bioclimático.\Abstract:A proposed urban renewal of the Malecon in Quibdo was raised, taking into account the climatic conditions of the area (sun, wind and rain); this in order to give solution to the problems facing the sector today. It is a project according to terrain features has different levels, which allowed us to take advantage of this to propose complementary spaces to the project including: (commercial health and local battery), giving a solution to the existing problems of hawkers. A system for collecting rainwater in order that can be used in the project was also raised. For handling garbage collector system, where users can come and deposit waste arises easily. For the management of wastewater septic system, because it is not possible to connect to the sewer system of the city, as this is in a higher than the proposed level health units arises.
