In addition, it is analyzed a different way of working with wood as an alternative for the regional industry, considering that not only adequate mechanical properties are achieved, which are higher than normal wood, but also itis possible to provide aesthetic value of wood products.A partir de un proyecto de investigación registrado en el Centro de Investigación de UCPR, este artículo presenta los resultados del estudio sobre las técnicas actuales en el proceso de fabricación de paneles encolados, así como la tecnología utilizada para la industria regional de madera y muebles en el manejo y disposición de listones de madera (materia prima) y paneles encolados.
