Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo del trabajo, se plantea desde el estudio y análisis urbano de la ciudad de Pereira, (Colombia) en tres escalas: La creación de un Modelo de Ocupación Territorial (MOT), que parte desde el análisis general y un problema síntesis que enseña el crecimiento de la ciudad de manera desordenada y sin interacción entre los sistemas que la componen. Convirtiéndose éste en la base para el desarrollo de un proyecto estratégico denominado “Ejes Transversales”, que tiene como objetivo contribuir a la solución de la fragmentación y falta de conectividad que tiene la ciudad en el sector del centro en sentido norte – sur y viceversa; a lo que se propone un desarrollo urbano proyectual por las calles 19 y 24 en toda su trayectoria. Definiendo por último, un punto estratégico a escala puntual para el desarrollo del “Centro de Formación Tecnológica, enfocado a la Salud Urbana”, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados en el análisis urbano de los ejes. El lote, para la ejecución del equipamiento se encuentra en la esquina de la carrera 8, con calle 24. La ubicación se propone en este lugar específico, ya que se encuentra al frente de uno de los parques históricos de la ciudad, al igual que una serie de propiedades que adquiere el sitio, planteadas en la propuesta urbana del desarrollo de los ejes transversales, que potencian las dinámicas y el impacto del mismo en la ciudad. ABSTRACT: The methodology used for the development of the work, arises from the study and urban analysis of the city of Pereira, (Colombia) in three scales. The creation of one Model of Territorial Occupation (MOT), which starts from the general analysis and a synthesis problem that the city has grown in a disorderly manner and without interaction between the systems that compose it. This becomes the basis for the development of a strategic project called "Transverse Axes", which aims to contribute to the solution of the fragmentation and lack of connectivity that the city has in the sector of the center in the north - south direction and vice versa; to which a project urban development is proposed along streets 19 and 24 throughout its history. Finally, defining a strategic point at a specific scale for the development of the "Technological Training Center, focused on Urban Health", contributing to the fulfillment of the objectives set out in the urban analysis of the axes. The lot for the execution of the equipment is at the corner of Carrera 8, with calle 24.
