Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2008La presente investigación está fundamentada en un estudio que gira en torno a las principales prácticas comunicativas, que influyen directamente en la cultura organizacional en una empresa del sector metalmecánico en la ciudad de Pereira A través de una exploración de carácter cualitativa y descriptiva y basada en diferentes técnicas de recolección de información como revisión documental, entrevistas no estructuradas, encuestas, observación no participativa y descripción metodológica; este trabajo busca responder a un interrogante que busca establecer cuáles son las prácticas comunicativas más significativas que influyen en el sistema cultural de una organización del sector metalmecánico. Soexco Ltda. Es la organización elegida para desarrollar la investigación, es por esto tan importante encontrar los diferentes puntos de vista y de esta manera descubrir todas las consecuencias de la comunicación en un sistema cultural, no solo analizando el proceso como una función natural en el ser humano, sino además como una manera de influenciar positivamente en las dinámicas organizacionales. La escasa exploración en este tipo de asuntos es uno de los principales motores que llevan al investigador a construir nuevos planteamientos teóricos. Consciente de ello, la responsabilidad y el esfuerzo para brindar conocimiento, son factores relevantes para instaurar renovadas formas de abordaje y de estrategias que redunden en el mejoramiento de las relaciones laborales que impacten en otras posibles aproximaciones al tema. This research is based on a study that revolves around the main communicative practices, which directly influence the organizational culture in a company in the metalworking sector in the city of Pereira. Through a qualitative and descriptive exploration based on different information gathering techniques such as documentary review, unstructured interviews, surveys, non-participatory observation and methodological description; This work seeks to answer a question that seeks to establish which are the most significant communicative practices that influence the cultural system of an organization in the metalworking sector. It is the organization chosen to develop the research, this is why it is so important to find the different points of view and in this way discover all the consequences of communication in a cultural system, not only analyzing the process as a natural function in the being human, but also as a way to positively influence organizational dynamics.
