Permitió trazar la planeación de manera proyectual para la recuperación de la microcuenca el TOMINEJO, dadas las condiciones encontradas durante la etapa investigativa, que consintió en plantear la recuperación del humedal el TOMINEJO, con una prospectiva a 20 años (2040), mediante un proyecto de borde y contención Urbano-Rural; denominado PARQUE LINEAL DE LA INTERPRETACIÓN SOCIAL DE LA MEMORIA, LA CULTURA Y LA NATURALEZA. Proyecto que logró definir mediante un trabajo coligado con la comunidad, las condicionantes físicas del entorno a recuperar, las ideas proyectuales de la memoria, la interacción del potencial ambiental y social. Para idealizar un proyecto Arquitectónico que pudiese resolver de manera acertada las condiciones socio-ambientales Y socio-culturales de las cercanías al humedal el TOMINEJO. Toda vez que el sector donde se esbozó la planeación de este proyecto, posee dos características importantes, por un lado, la falta de apropiación de las comunidades por la recuperación histórica del pie de monte en humedal antes mencionado, y por el otro el desinterés de los entes gubernamentales, y la planeación estratégica del sector académico en la construcción de las ciudades resilientes para el futuro. Este documento que se presenta a continuación, posee una recopilación de experiencias e interpretaciones, en cuanto al trabajo proyectual en campo, mediante prácticas que enriquecieron la posibilidad de un resultado que le apunta a convertirse en un texto de consulta o herramienta para la comprensión del aprendizaje, entre lo académico, lo político y lo social, en PRO de la contención de la expansión urbana hacia zonas receptoras del pie de monte, en cercanías a las fuentes hídricas y humedales del municipio de Dosquebradas Risaralda./ Abstract: The urban intervention project TOMINEJO, proposed as a degree project at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Catholic University of Pereira, in the period 2019-2020. It made it possible to draw up the project planning for the recovery of the TOMINEJO micro-basin, given the conditions encountered during the research stage, which agreed to propose the recovery of the TOMINEJO wetland, with a prospective 20 years (2040), through a project of Urban-Rural edge and containment; called LINEAR PARK OF SOCIAL INTERPRETATION OF MEMORY, CULTURE AND NATURE. Project that managed to define through a work linked with the community, the physical conditions of the environment to be recovered, the project ideas of memory, the interaction of environmental and social potential. To idealize an Architectural project that could successfully solve the socio-environmental and socio-cultural conditions in the vicinity of the TOMINEJO wetland. Since the sector where the planning of this project was outlined, has two important characteristics, on the one hand, the lack of appropriation of the communities due to the historical recovery of the foot of the mountain in a wetland mentioned above, and on the other, the lack of interest of government entities, and the strategic planning of the academic sector in the construction of resilient cities for the future.
