Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2023El presente capítulo se centra en una investigación donde se explora a través de un modelo paramétrico, los lenguajes de programación visual, que tiene como objetivo diseñar una vivienda rural sostenible por medio de herramientas algorítmicas y parámetros, que permitan lograr transformaciones tecnológicas y avances significativos en materia de construcción y sostenibilidad. Para ello el uso de herramientas algorítmicas para codificar y expresar los parámetros, variables y reglas del diseño, fueron las principales estrategias y metodologías utilizadas en el proyecto. La reaparición de lo digital en la arquitectura a través de la realización de proyectos discretos de sostenibilidad para la optimización de recursos, es una de las soluciones a la problemática evidenciada en los últimos años donde la metodología de diseño arquitectónico desvalorizaba y reaccionaba en contra a lo digital en la arquitectura, revalorizarlo, básicamente sería reescribir algunos procesos de industrialización y comercialización de los procedimientos automatizables de la arquitectura en el siglo XXI. Se proyectó una vivienda rural (modular) sostenible en la periferia urbana del municipio de balboa, Risaralda, Colombia, diseñada bajo métodos de diseño paramétrico, a través de códigos y variables bioclimáticas y normativas. Se realizaron exploraciones de forma y materialidad a través del manejo del software, y presupuestos para conocer el aporte y viabilidad hacia la sostenibilidad. La viabilidad de una propuesta de vivienda como hábitat humano a través de la fabricación digital y simulación del comportamiento, posibilita primeramente una exploración formal que responde al contexto, uso y condiciones del lugar, a una figura y tamaño proporcionado en relación a la morfología y topografía del terreno y a una materialidad acorde a la visión de sostenibilidad y ahorro de recursos; lo anteriormente mencionado claramente es en base a las características que proporciona la arquitectura discreta y los avances tecnológicos a través del diseño paramétrico. / Abstract: This chapter focuses on an investigation where visual programming languages are explored through a parametric model, which aims to design a sustainable rural home through algorithmic tools and parameters, which allow technological transformations and significant advances in technology to be achieved. construction and sustainability. For this, the use of algorithmic tools to codify and express the parameters, variables and design rules were the main strategies and methodologies used in the project.
