Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2016.Este proyecto de grado trata acerca de la factibilidad de un restaurante de comida Orgánica en la Ciudad de Pereira, Risaralda, partiendo desde como la obesidad día a día, va en aumento, y como somos bombardeados por alimentos hipercalóricos, donde es mas costoso tratar las enfermedades a causa de la obesidad, que saber alimentare adecuadamente. Ademas podemos ver que con esta alimentación podemos disminuir riegos de enfermedades, que son generadas por la contaminación de alimentos en los cultivos de los mismo. es un proyecto que ademas de alimentar saludablemente a sus comensales, también les enseñaremos acerca de la alimentación saludable, aportando así al comensal toda la traducibilidad de lo que se esta comiendo.This project of degree deals with the feasibility of an organic food restaurant in the city of Pereira, Risaralda, starting from how obesity day by day, is increasing, and how we are bombarded by hypercaloric food, where it is more expensive to treat diseases due to obesity, which know how to feed properly. We can also see that with this diet we can reduce risks of diseases, which are generated by the contamination of food crops.
