Abriendo las posibilidades para la comunidad indígena de generar estrategias nuevas a partir del fortalecimiento comunitario. Originando la pregunta ¿Cuál es el significado del pluralismo jurídico para el fortalecimiento comunitario en el resguardo Vania Chami? En respuesta se emprende un abordaje del problema desde una mirada etnográfica, utilizando técnicas como la entrevista, diario de campo y la observación participante, para recabar información de la comunidad, buscando posteriormente analizarla desde la perspectiva de la psicología social. Finalmente se concluyó que el pluralismo jurídico juega un rol desencadenante para el fortalecimiento comunitario en el resguardo. ABSTRACT: Colombia has a variety of indigenous communities, including the Embera; that over time, I have allowed it to exercise its own jurisdiction, this has created an environment of legal pluralism where encounters that sometimes are problematic occur constantly. Opening the possibilities for the indigenous community to generate new strategies based on community strengthening. Originating the question: What is the meaning of legal pluralism for community strengthening in the Vania Chami reservation? In response, an approach to the problem is undertaken from an ethnographic perspective, using techniques such as interview, field diary and participant observation, to gather information from the community, seeking to analyze it from the perspective of social psychology.
