Esto se le atribuye a la falta de planeación que acarrea un desordenado crecimiento urbanístico, la mayoría, en las periferias de la ciudad, esto sin ningún tipo de control del territorio, desarrollándose sin aplicar los principios urbanos esenciales para generar un hábitat agradable y de sostenibilidad con el entorno lo que acarrea consecuencias ineludibles como viviendas, espacios inconfortables e insostenibles y poco desarrollo social y ambiental. Este taller contempla ejes primordiales de la arquitectura y el urbanismo bioclimático adquiridos durante la formación académica de post grado como son: lo urbano, social, ambiental, climático y sostenible; para llevar a cabo proyectos de investigación científica que ayuden a mitigar los impactos negativos que surgen con el crecimiento no planificado de las ciudades. El lugar de estudio se realiza en Colombia, Departamento de Risaralda, Corregimiento de Caimalito, donde se analizaron los factores climáticos, los aspectos morfológicos, sus características territoriales, su conformación informal, asimismo se propone redefinir lineamientos urbanos enfocado a las características ambientales de diseño y de uso, generando una mejor dinámica de vivencia urbana en armonía con el medio ambiente. Finalmente, este ejercicio plantea la discusión de cómo las urbes deben ser reordenadas y planificadas desde un enfoque bioclimático, ambiental y sostenible, pues está demostrada la interrelación entre clima, morfología urbana y su impacto en el comportamiento térmico de las ciudades.Abstract: Cities growing rapidly by the continuous migration of communities that move the field to the city and this leads to transformations spontaneous, forming informal urban settlements with multiple land use problems. This is attributed to the lack of planning that brings a disorganized urban growth, most, on the outskirts of the city, without any control of the territory, to develop without the essential urban principles to generate a pleasant and sustainable with the environment habitat what consequences unavoidable as housing, Santuario and unsustainable spaces and little social and environmental development. This workshop provides primary axes of architecture and urbanism bioclimatic acquired during the academic training of post grade such as: urban, social, environmental, climate, and sustainable; to carry out scientific research projects that help to mitigate the negative impacts arising from the unplanned growth of cities. The place of study is carried out in Colombia, Departamento de Risaralda, Corregimiento of Caimalito, where the climatic factors, morphological aspects, territorial characteristics, its informal formation were analyzed also intends to redefine urban guidelines focused on the environmental characteristics of design and use, generating a better dynamic experience urban in harmony with the environment.
