Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2008El presente trabajo trata de evidenciar una problemática que se viene presentando en Supertiendas y Droguerías Olímpica S.A, específicamente en la Sección de Carnes, área para la cual se realizó la construcción de un diagnóstico el cual fue formulado con preguntas enfocadas a información de la Empresa y de conocimiento general del proceso. Se encontró que “no contaba con un buen método de corte, un mal almacenamiento y recibo del producto, con fallas en el trasporte de la mercancía, políticas productivas claramente definidas y es así como se generaban aquellos faltantes los cuales se convierten en el punto de partida del presente. Para evidenciar de una manera más eficaz se hizo uso de teorías, las cuales en su determinado momento permitieron reflejar aquellos inconvenientes, los cuales se explican de una manera más detallada en el desarrollo del trabajo y de igual forma se intenta dar solución a las problemáticas allí encontradas. /Abstract: This paper attempts to highlight a problem that has been Drugstores and presenting in Supertiendas Olympic SA, specifically Meat Section, area for which construction was performed one diagnosis which was formulated with questions focused on information Business and general knowledge of the process.
