Se realizarán maniobras para lograr un posicionamiento de marca con el objetivo de estructurar durante el primer semestre de 2018 la oficina de comunicaciones de Tu Casa para desarrollar estrategias que posicionen a la organización entre sus públicos de interés en el segundo semestre del mismo año. Así mismo se pretende generar estrategias de comunicación en todas sus redes sociales, definir estrategias para generar alianzas con posibles inversores o entidades de financiamiento y establecer nueva oficina de Tu Casa en el territorio español. Abstract In the present work, an intervention process will be carried out to the real estate company Tu Casa, in order to create a communications department that helps the expansion of the organization, not only within the city of Pereira, but within Spanish territory , punctually in the city of Barcelona. Maneuvers will be carried out to achieve a brand positioning with the aim of structuring during the first semester of 2018 Tu Casa's communications office to develop strategies that position the organization among its stakeholders in the second semester of the same year.
