Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2010El presente informe hace referencia a la labor cumplida por el practicante de Comunicación Social – Periodista en UNE – Telefónica de Pereira. Muestra en detalle cuales fueron las actividades que en materia de comunicación se llevaron a cabo, con base en los objetivos trazados. Posterior al análisis hecho por el practicante y de acuerdo con las recomendaciones hechas por el Subgerente de Gestión Humana y Calidad y la líder del Equipo de Desarrollo Humano en los comités, se establecieron algunas actividades que contribuyeron al posicionamiento de los medios de comunicación interna y a su manejo de imagen. De igual manera, muestra como el practicante dio apoyo a diversas áreas de la Empresa en sus necesidades de comunicación, con la elaboración de piezas gráficas que contribuyeron al logro de los objetivos propuestos./Abstrac:This report describes the work done by the student in internship of Social Communication - Journalist at UNE - Telefónica de Pereira. Shows in detail which activities in communication took a place, based on the objectives. After the analysis made by the student and in accordance with the recommendations made by the Sub Manager of Human Resources and Quality, and Team Leader for Human Development during the committees, were set up some activities that contributed to the positioning of the communication networks and its internal image management. On the same way, It shows how the student provided support to various areas of the Company in its communications needs, including development of graphic elements that contributed to achieving the objectives.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
