Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2009Esta investigación psicológica con enfoque social se convierte en un punto de referencia para todas las experiencias futuras investigativas sobre identidad grupal, ya que es a partir del reconocimiento de las experiencias pasadas, que se logra obtener un mayor conocimiento sobre los abordajes realizados en la temática y las experiencias que se han obtenido en las mismas. Para esto entonces se presenta en primera instancia un planteamiento del problema donde se mostrará de forma general los aspectos que incitaron la labor investigativa y por ende los objetivos y la pregunta que la guiaron. De igual manera se mostrara un análisis teórico de la temática de identidad grupal, como los resultados obtenidos en la aplicación de los instrumentos que pretenden identificar las características de un grupo de mujeres en términos de su identidad grupal. Finalmente se darán conclusiones y recomendaciones sobre la investigación, que retoma los aspectos fundamentales en la implementación de los instrumentos y el análisis de los resultados haciendo énfasis en las fortalezas, dificultades, y aprendizajes obtenidos en la investigación con este grupo de mujeres líderes del Águila. /Abstract:This psychological research with a social focus becomes a point of reference for all future research experiences on group identity, since it is from the recognition of past experiences that it is possible to obtain greater knowledge about the approaches carried out on the subject and the experiences that have been obtained in them. For this, a statement of the problem is presented in the first instance, showing in a general way the aspects that prompted the research work and therefore the objectives and the question that guided it. Likewise, a theoretical analysis of the topic of group identity will be shown, such as the results obtained in the application of the instruments that aim to identify the characteristics of a group of women in terms of their group identity. Finally, conclusions and recommendations will be given about the research, which takes up the fundamental aspects in the implementation of the instruments and the analysis of the results, emphasizing the strengths, difficulties, and learning obtained in the research with this group of Águila women leaders.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
