Esta institución está orientada a brindar ayudas a población vulnerable, sus funciones consisten principalmente en orientación a los usuarios, diferentes servicios y cursos, los cuales permiten a la comunidad suplir su necesidad temporal o les ayuda a tener opciones de crecimiento económico gracias a los conocimientos brindados para abrir un negocio que les pueda proveer su sustento. Se realiza el desarrollo del sistema de gestión de información de la empresa FUNDES, interesada en mejorar sus procesos para brindar a sus usuarios agilidad y manejo de la información por medio de una interfaz más amigable y de calidad, con la que sea posible ofrecer mejor servicio a esta población y poder seguir creciendo, ya que se tienen sedes en diferentes lugares del departamento del Casanare y hay planes de continuar su expansión. Es fácil notar que la tecnología avanza continuamente con la finalidad de agilizar y mejorar los procesos para hacer el trabajo más sencillo en cuanto a temas como: comunicación, manejo de información, desarrollos, etc. Particularmente, en FUNDES cada paso de estos es dado por un amplio análisis de la junta directiva empresarial, con la conclusión de implementar tecnología necesaria para mejorar frente a las necesidades existentes. Para brindar apoyo a esta empresa, fueron planteadas diferentes reuniones, aplicación de encuestas y diligenciamiento de formatos de requisitos. Así se pudo realizar el pertinente levantamiento de requerimientos, verificados y aprobados por las partes interesadas. De esta forma se iniciaron los trabajos internos en torno al sistema solicitado con la información brindada por las directivas de FUNDES. Seguidamente, se da paso al objetivo principal del proyecto, desarrollar el sistema de gestión de información para la empresa FUNDES, el cual pretende aportar mejoras en los 5 procesos de gestión y organización de esta y con esto agilizar los trámites empresariales internos. Con lo descrito anteriormente se logró tener un punto de partida para el desarrollo del proyecto y realizarlo de forma correcta. Mediante el uso de la metodología de desarrollo en cascada, realizando el análisis de la información a través de la ingeniería de software, el diseño de los mockups y el desarrollo utilizando un framework que, a partir del modelo de datos, facilita la creación de las interfaces necesarias. Posteriormente, hacer la implementación y probarlo con las partes interesadas y luego decidir cómo hacer la implantación en la fundación. / Abstract The information management system presented here is based on the need found in the company FUNDES. This institution is oriented to provide aid to vulnerable populations, its functions consist mainly of orientation to users, different services and courses, which allow the community to meet their temporary need or help them to progress thanks to the knowledge sufficient to open a business that can provide their livelihood. The development of the information management system of the FUNDES company is carried out, interested in improving its processes to provide its users with agility and information management through a friendlier and quality interface, with which it is possible to offer a better service. to this population and to be able to continue growing, since they have offices in different places in the department of Casanare and there are plans to continue its expansion. It is easy to notice that technology is continually advancing in order to streamline and improve processes to make work easier in terms of topics such as: communication, information management, developments, etc. Particularly, in FUNDES each step of these is taken by an extensive analysis of the business board of directors, with the conclusion of implementing technology, necessary to improve against the existing needs. To provide support to this company, different meetings were planned, surveys were applied, and requirements formats were filled out. Thus, the pertinent requirements survey could be carried out, verified and approved by the interested parties. In this way, internal work on the requested system began with the information provided by the FUNDES directives. Subsequently, the main objective of the project is given, to develop the information management system for the FUNDES Company, which aims to provide improvements in its management and organization processes and thereby streamline internal business procedures. 7 With the previously described, it was possible to have a starting point for the development of the project and to carry it out correctly. By using the cascade development methodology, analyzing the information through software engineering, mockup design and development using a framework that, based on the data model, facilitates the creation of necessary interfaces.
