Dentro de este contexto, se busca aplicar conceptos de sostenibilidad que articulen y complementen la vivienda, llevando a nuevos procesos participativos que vinculen al ser humano como pieza fundamental y razón de ser del modelo. Para fines de nuestro argumento se propone implementar una diversidad en el mismo, donde la vivienda, el espacio público, los servicios y equipamientos respondan a las condiciones sociales y culturales de lo urbano. Abstract: In this degree project, the architectural proposal of a residential grouping model is exposed, which seeks to respond to the social, economic and cultural conditions of displaced or low-income populations that inhabit the south-western sector of Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia. Within this context, we seek to apply sustainability concepts which are articulated and complemented to housing, leading to new participatory processes which link the human being as a fundamental piece and rationale for the model.
