Summary:This article is the result of the work of reflection and applied research onhuman management practices in two companies representing the textile andclothing sector of the city of Dosquebradas. A comparison is made from thefunctional approach supported in the subsystems and the processes of humantalent management for two decades. The text contrasts, based on findingsobtained from in-depth interviews, semi-structured techniques, the executionof different processes of human resources management where there is evidenceof minimal advances in management practices related to the human in thecompany
