Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2021De acuerdo con la información recopilada por la Alcaldía de Pereira y publicaciones de carácter investigativas, relacionadas con la informalidad al igual que el fenómeno migratorio que vive el municipio de Pereira, se reconoció que la ciudad de Pereira es el resultado de las continuas migraciones dadas a inicios de los años 60´s a la actualidad, actividad que sigue presente en la realidad de la ciudad. Con el pasar de los años dicho fenómeno ha generado la conformación de asentamientos informales que con el pasar del tiempo se han consolidado como comunas y barrios de la ciudad, de los cuales muchos de ellos se encuentran ubicados en zonas de desastre natural como es el caso de la comuna Villasantana, la cual debido a la escasez de servicios básicos, la falta de integración social en el territorio y los desafíos que deben afrontar para su supervivencia fracturan la estructura social de la ciudad. Es por esto se plantea reconocer al Etnomigrante; perteneciente a los municipios risaraldenses de Pueblo Rico, Mistrató y poblaciones aledañas del departamento del Chocó que limitan con Risaralda. Identificando su comportamiento en sociedad, la perdida de la identidad cultural, los desafíos que enfrentan al no tener un respaldo económico y la amenaza por deforestación del suelo a causa de sus asentamientos informales; para esto se propone la transformación de la comuna de forma escalar barrial, a través de la implementación de un modelo sostenible que logre que la comuna crezca a partir de la explotación de los saberes ancestrales. U.I.S.S.A la Unidad de innovación social de saberes ancestrales es una unidad cultural que se proyecta a un doble objetivo de resolver la necesidad de espacio público para la comuna y concebir un unidad dedicada a la re edición de los saberes y aprendizajes ancestrales de la comunidad Emberá y Afro; que busca desarrollarse como una atracción turística y de aprendizaje en la que se destaquen la re edición de la gastronomía, la artesanía y la experiencia de la tradición cultural; mitigando la problemática social de la ciudad al igual que el manejo de las áreas deforestadas y zonas de amenazas. /Abstarct: According to the information collected throughout the investigative process, it was recognized that the city of Pereira is the result of the continuous migrations that occurred in the early 1960s to the present, an activity that is still present in the reality of the city. Over the years, this phenomenon has generated the formation of informal settlements that over time have consolidated as communes and neighborhoods of the city. Of which many of them are located in areas of natural disaster such as the Villasantana commune, which due to the lack of basic services, the lack of social integration in the territory and the challenges they must face for their survival, fracture the social structure of the city. This is why it is proposed to recognize the Ethnomigrant; belonging to the Risaraldenses municipalities of Pueblo Rico, Mistrató and neighboring towns of the department of Chocó that border Risaralda. Identifying their behavior in society, the loss of cultural identity, the challenges they face due to not having economic support and the threat of deforestation of the soil due to their informal settlements; For this, the transformation of the commune in a neighborhood scale is proposed, through the implementation of a sustainable model that achieves that the commune grows from the exploitation of ancestral knowledge. UISSA the Unit of social innovation of ancestral knowledge is a building that is projected to a double objective of solving the need for public space for the commune and conceiving a unit dedicated to the re-edition of the ancestral knowledge and learning of the Emberá and Afro community that seeks to develop as a tourist and learning attraction in which the re-edition of ancestral gastronomy, crafts and the experience of cultural tradition stand out;
